Will extensions ruin my natural lashes?

Properly applied lash extensions will NOT damage your ​natural lashes but poorly applied extensions unfortunately ​CAN. This is why it’s SO important to find a lash artist ​who cares about your natural lash health as much as you ​do! At Enhance, lash health is our most important focus.In ​order to provide our clients with the highest level of ​expertise, all KB LASH Team Members are Certified Lash ​Artists that have each completed a proprietary, 6-week ​training program and attend ongoing training each ​month.

What is a brow lamination?

A brow lamination sculpts and holds your brows into a ​desired shape for up to 6 weeks.

Will it look like my brows are microbladed?

No. A brow lamination simply tames and shapes your own ​brow hair. While it can optimize sparse brow hair and sculpt ​it to improve the shape, it can not fill in large gaps the way ​microblading and permanent makeup can.

Am I a good candidate for a brow lamination?

Clients with full or unruly brows will love this treatment to ​tame their brows into a more desirable shape. Clients with ​sparse brows will notice this treatment amplifying and ​optimizing their brows for a fuller look.

Can I still wear regular makeup after getting permanent makeup?

In fact, many of our clients enjoy the ​convenience of waking up with beautifully defined features and then adding their favorite ​makeup products for special occasions or when they want to experiment with different looks.

How long will the procedure take at the appointment?

The duration of the procedure will vary depending on the specific service and your unique ​needs ranging from one hour to three hours. While we understand that time is valuable, we ​also believe in dedicating the necessary attention to ensure exceptional results. At KB LASH, ​we prioritize quality over speed.

Will permanent makeup look natural?

Of course! Gone are the days of the thick black McDonalds arches above our eyes. However, if you want that defined and filled in makeup look, we will ​accommodate your request. What if I'm not sure about the specific look I want?

It's completely normal to feel uncertain about the exact style or shape you desire. Our ​experienced artists are not only experts in their craft but also compassionate listeners. What are some Skin Contraindications to Permanent Makeup Service?

We recommend you consult with your healthcare provider regarding any concerns or questions ​about the permanent makeup procedure, especially if you have specific medical conditions or ​if you are currently under medical treatment.

Some contraindications may include but are not limited to:

Ingrown hairs and open bumps, Eczema, Dermatitis, Rosacea, Psoriasis, AIDS, Hepatitis B/C, ​Lupus, Diabetes, Pink eye, Active herpes simplex, Moles, Warts or Raised areas, Sickle cell, ​Hemophilia, Keloids, Deep wrinkles in Brow area giving brows uneven appearance, Hair ​Transplant, Extremely thin or sensitive skin, Tanned or Burned skin, Have facial/body ​dysmorphic disorder, Open or healing wounds in area of procedure.

Policies

CANCELLATIONS

KB LASH requires a 24 hours' advance notice when cancelling an appointment. If you are ​unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged half the amount of your ​appointment.

Full amount is due when cancelling an appointment within 8 hours or less of the appointment ​scheduled.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for any reason ​will be considered a no-show. This will result in being charged the full amount of the service ​for their missed appointments.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose ​appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your artist will then determine ​if there is enough time remaining to start a session, and possibly have to reschedule. You will ​be responsible for the full amount of your session. Out of respect for your stylist and other ​guest please arrive on time.

CHILDREN/VISITORS

Due to our limited seating and to maintain our relaxing ambiance, our salon is reserved for ​clients only. Although we love children, please refrain from bringing them to your scheduled ​appointment. Our technicians focus 100% on their client and children cannot be monitored ​properly. If you should decide to bring your child to your appointment, we will have to ​reschedule and charge you for the full amount of your session. For the safety of your children ​and the comfort of other guests, this policy is strictly enforced.

SERVICE TO MINORS

Children under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or legal guardian present to sign ​our waiver and consent form before receiving services. Please note, online bookings cannot be ​made by or for persons under 18 years of age.

CELL PHONES

Cell phones must be turned onto silent mode and put away in order to minimize distractions ​and potential hazards- this is especially crucial for eye and brow services, which involves the ​use of tweezers and adhesives around the delicate eye area, and therefore requires a great ​deal of focus and precision on part of our technicians. Please be courteous and respectful of ​your technicians' time and work by keeping your phone on silent until you have left the session ​room.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

It is important to understand that eyelash extensions may not be suitable for everyone. Eyelash ​extensions may carry inherent and possible risks including, but not limited to; redness, itching, ​swelling, and/or other symptoms of ocular distress that are beyond your lash practitioner’s ​control and responsibility. Please consult a medical doctor if you have an ocular/existing ​medical condition, and do not attempt eyelash extensions if you are unsure.

KB LASH reserves the right to refuse service to any client whom we deem not suitable for ​the treatment.

REFUNDS

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you have any concerns or are experiencing any ​issues with your lashes, please contact us within three working days of your appointment date. ​A follow up consultation will be arranged within the week to resolve your situation. Depending ​on the nature of the situation, we will attempt to remedy the issue. We seek your ​understanding in the event we are unable to accommodate a weekend or evening timing due ​to prior appointments. We regret no refunds for services or products will be rendered. Your ​payment covers products used and the time and experience of your lash artist. Please note we ​will not be held accountable for any lost personal belongings in the premises.

REMINDER

Please come to your appointments with clean eyelashes and no eye makeup on. Doing so will ​not only ensure that your stylist has ample time to complete your service, but clean eyelashes ​also have the best retention. If you are unable to do so, your stylist can wash your eyelashes for ​you, however, this will limit the amount of time spent on your service.
